HIGH SCHOOL CONDITIONING GROUP

The High School Conditioning Group is seasonal program geared toward the high school swimmer and private middle school swimmer who has completed one season on a high school team and wants to train in the off-season.  The program runs from November (after the FHSAA state meet) through May.  This training group is perfect for the more novice swimmer and swimmers with a limited time commitment who want to concentrate on refining strokes and staying in shape. This is a competitive program and swim meets are required along with parent volunteering - refer to the Parent Handbook for more information. See below for cost. Workouts are offered Monday - Friday for 90 minutes per day at the North Shore Aquatic Complex and the Walter Fuller Pool.

Monday – Friday, 4:00 - 5:30 PM at North Shore 

Monday - Friday, 4:00 - 5:30 PM at Walter Fuller

All participants will need parent to fill out the required City of St. Petersburg waiver form and obtain an Advantage card to gain admittance to the pool.  Swimmers are required to use this card to scan in daily. 

Program Cost:

$97.00 2024 USA Swimming Registration - Annual fee paid directly to USA Swimming through SWIMS 3.0 or returning members paid through SPA website.

$60.00 SPA Registration - Annual fee

$75.00 per month 

Meet Entry Fees - vary by meet and are non-refundable

Credit or Debit card must be put on Team Unify account to handle fees.
